Kongouan sources fresh vegetables from Niigata Prefecture from Ishidaya, a greengrocer with a store in Niigata Prefecture.Mr. Ishida, who is over 80 years old, uses his discerning eye to purchase fresh, high-quality vegetables from the market and sends them to us.Thanks to Mr. Ishida, we are able to offer delicious seasonal vegetables such as bracken in spring, eggplant in summer, ginkgo nuts in autumn, and radishes in winter.
